Oneness Affirmation

This is a oneness affirmation, sometimes I call it the 3L’s. I have been using this affirmation for a while. It helps to center and ground me before I begin a meditation.

I can do anything because I AM Everything.

I Am Light.

I Am Life.

I Am Love.
