Hey Everyone, I wanted to share something really impactful from my personal journey that might resonate with some of you.

My Lemurian Energy Nourishment session with Hillis was very helpful. I feel he is tuned in and authentic in his services, and holds a compassionate and high vibrational energy. He was a strong and confident guide in what he was offering, and I felt new insights, clearing of blockages, and hope from our time together. I also appreciate that he followed up with me later (and also gave me homework), which is rare in my experience. Even though we healers have the best of intentions, being pulled in many directions at once, to make the time and space for this showed me not only that he cared, but that he has healthy boundaries with life, and integrity in his work, something I respect.
He guided me on a visualization process, which helped me to connect with my inner child in a deep way, which facilitated the realization that she is calling for more attention from me, to continue my healing process.

Working with Hillis was a really unique, interesting and overall healing experience. As someone who’s done a lot of transformational work, healing modalities and different therapies, I found his approach to be quite interesting and different. Over the series of weeks that we worked together, how it worked was he would do a kind of channeled guided meditation session with me.
After the meditation session, he would then offer me a series of questions to reflect on. So I would then approach these questions in a much different state of being, a much different energetic way, more grounded, more clarity. He kind of works in a way to remove energetic blockages, allow you to access and see and remember things that may not have been in your conscious memory before, which was pretty unique for me.
One of my biggest takeaways, I think, was realizing some patterns that had come up over the course of my lifetime that weren’t like so significant in what happened in those incidences that I remembered them frequently, but apparently were important enough incidents that I was seeing patterns in my life reflect from them. And doing this work with Hillis actually got me to see those. And once we’re able to see those patterns, it gives us power over them.
The cool thing about working with Hillis too is he provides support for you when you need. He can just be available for you to reach out, set up a call, any time. I really like the workbook that he has created for this, the questions that he poses that go in tandem with the meditation sessions.
So overall, it was a really cool, very unique experience. I found healing in it and it was definitely a different approach than other modalities that I’ve done in the past.

Once the session starts, that is when the true magic begins! Hillis taps deeply into my energetic field to recount things that I did not even know about myself. Shift happens!
I’m truly excited about this new year, 2020, and turning 40 in 9 days! ✨ I wanted to say this past 6 months has been a majorly painful/difficult shifting & personal growth time for me. I asked the Universe for help, and one of my friends responded, telling me about how much working with Hillis Pugh has helped her. I always follow my intuition when it comes to healers & people on the spiritual path, and he felt right. So after 3 Lemurian Lightwork sessions with Hiilis, I am feeling like I am embodying a very different energy. During our session today, I went so deep that I actually left my body! This change in energy feels great, but now I am consciously working on myself and my thinking.

Exactly what my Soul and I Needed
When Hillis gave me his card years ago, I saved it because I knew there would be a time when I needed to call him. The time was 2021, and he made the process so easy for me, while we were working through some deep wounds I didn’t even realize I had. We started with a short phone call after he read my intake form, and suggested a 5 session course for me. I did not hesitate to say Yes, sign me up, please! Hillis patiently provided me with all of the tools I needed to prepare for the sessions, and after each session, he would remind me of my homework and make sure I got the most out of our healing sessions. He helped prepare me for the next steps in my spiritual journey.
For me, I feel like I “bounce” around a lot, even during meditation; it is my nature, I like to move fast, but Hillis’ voice, wisdom, and patient guidance made it easy. It was a methodology I needed to learn, even if on a day-to-day basis, I might approach it a different way.
I can only try to put into words how much I’ve grown since I had the 5 sessions with Hillis, and the amount of gratitude I have for the time spent with Hillis. I would recommend Hillis because he tuned into what I needed, even though at the time I didn’t even know what I needed myself. I have had many sessions with Hillis. And I knew on my very first session he was the REAL DEAL. I initially found Hillis on Facebook through a friend. I saw one of his lives and was immediately intuitively drawn to him. He was doing a special through his live if you were watching his live at the time he did the sessions half off or something of that nature so naturally being the curious empath I am I did a session with Hillis. When we began our first session he was telling me things I had never told him before but he had known without any prior knowledge of me. This immediately was an indicator to me ok.,.. this guy is the real deal. When we got to a certain portion of the reading and energy clearing I cried for at least 45 minutes out of the 60-minute session. It was so intense and deep and profound it helped me in many ways releasing old energies and blockages I had been storing. Also in another reading, he did a reading on my father because he was very ill. Hillis did a reading pointing out what he saw and what he thought needed attention. Not long after the reading and taking his advice the household energy had went up 200 percent. My dad had gotten fully better and was showing many signs of better habits. His work really is amazing but like anything, you must be open to the messages you are receiving! 🙂 much love The clarity and releasing of old energies from my physical and emotional fields of energy. Two years later my life has changed. I got out of a marriage, got divorced, relocated, started dating someone, and was unsure whether to stay single, remarry, or whether this was the right person. Hillis has an incredible gift to share with us ! He helped me with family / ancestors blocks, healing and connecting to higher dimensional energies . My experience with Hillis felt supportive, inviting, nourishing and healing. His healing space helped me to navigate a deep inner journey that I am proud to say that I have found resolution within. I had a 3 session plan with Hillis. Each session independent but, still building off the previous session. Many layers were explored and the healing flowed. There was homework that went with each session which was cathartic, very cathartic!!! I highly recommend Hillis. He is very empathic and tunes in with you and allows God/Spirit to flow and reveal the issues that need to be addressed and you decide, to heal and do the work...
All sessions had memorable parts but, what really stood out for me was the "activations" I received in between sessions. Vivid dreams, much more awareness overall, more signs and symbols. It was like my "Spidey Senses" were off the chart!
The main reason I decided to take this journey with Hillis was ALL because of the phone consultation that we had, pre-session. Which was at no cost. Hillis does this as a courtesy to help you have clarity about what is involved in his offerings and to answer any questions you may have on your end regarding sessions.

I’ve been working with Hillis for a few months now, and every session gets better and better, and deeper. When I’m in my healing session, Hillis is very gentle and focused. I feel healing soothing energy, and sometimes a shift. Yes, very gentle, kind, intuitive, and listens. Reasonably priced too. What a gentle man.
Hillis shares a wide range of things to be grateful and thankful for, many I hadn’t thought of before. For instance, he shares, “As time goes on we tend to forget about our ancestors and elders who put forth the work to bring us where we are today.”
These are raw insights, sometimes simple and straightforward, and sometimes complex and poetic, that can be used as a daily reader for inspiration and contemplation. I enjoyed reading it and recommend it.

That blank can be filled with many different words; Father, Son, Employee, Volunteer and so on. Hillis used “Poet” but each of us can use a multitude of descriptors there.
We should all live the advice this book gives, “Be thankful this day and everyday” and ask of ourselves the question Hillis puts forward in the book, “What are you thankful for?”
Mr. Pugh has taken a fundamental approach to the basics of individual and social existence interaction. He is aware of the necessity for mental growth through conscious awareness. Awaken with Gratitude opens a portal that can help you rediscover the true self.
His insight offers a direct path to the true self; however each person must take the first step. The first step is acceptance of the true self. The second step is allowing change to occur.
Mr. Pugh shares ideas and insights for individuals who are becoming more aware of a shift in mental thinking and our conscious state of being. He does this through suggestions, lessons and poems about love and life.

The only thing I don’t like about this book is that there isn’t a Volume 2 yet. So inspiring. I look at my life so different after reading this book. Every day I am thankful for something that I have in my life.
