Our thoughts create deliberate intention, if we are aware of them.

The intention we set out is one of our truest belief.   We collect so many beliefs over the years from learning of others. They do serve us for sometime, until we remember who we are.  As we enter a new cycle with a new moon, this is the time to release what no longer serves us or believe in.

 

Meditation:

I now release any old thought pattern or belief no longer serving my highest good.

I welcome the newness of my truest desires, manifesting in deliberate ways.

I am the creator and creation of my desires.

I am aware of the choices made to live the life I chose to allow the highest good for self and others.

I am intentional in all thought and creation
