Willful Wednesday – Affirmation Definitions

Affirmation Definitions: We know what affirmations are, but do we know the different types of affirmations? I have come into the awareness of three variations of affirmations through meditation and practice.

First, we have the Possessive.

Second is the changing of beliefs.

Thirdly is the I Am.

The first one, possessive, this is when we take an affirmation and use the word “My” in front of it. When we use the word “My,” we take ownership of what we wish to evoke. Example: My soul is happy. We are taking possession of happiness; we physically find ways for self to be happy. Are we truly happy when we seek it outside of self?

The second one, changing beliefs, this is when we take old thoughts and change them to our new thought system, our new beliefs.  We may have heard words or seen actions creating a belief system fitting in an “once upon a time”, but time changes, as must we.  These affirmations aid in the changing of old thoughts. Example: “Name” is happy. When we add our name in front of the affirmation, we change and replace the old belief with a newer and more desirable one.

The third and last is I am. This is the most powerful of all the affirmations. When we use the I am, we evoke the Oneness of the Universe. This allows for more strength, confidence, and desired change to come into one’s life. When we use the I Am in front of an affirmation, we work with the power of the Universe to materialize our desires from non-physical energy to solid physical energy. Example: I Am happy. When the I Am is used, you can physically feel the difference in the vibration, because you have called on the Oneness of the Universe to Co-create with you.

You can choose and create any form of affirmation to materialize any outcome in alignment with your purpose.

Releasing all energies imprinted on this soul

No longer controlled by outside forces

The illusions created to mask the truth

Now removed

Leading to the evolution of greatness

Bonded with the true essence of immortality

The Source of all creation

Released all intimidation

A sacred oath of words

Forming a bond between two

Creating the channel of wisdom

Honor is among the trust and trusted

Falling skies speaks truth

As the moon conceals the unspoken

Only to revel with the rise of a new

The mind is unchallenged

With words to say

Without harm

To find the peace in release of fallacies

Speaking in fragments

Speaking in tongue

The only one has won

A barrier created

Through cues of misunderstood emotions

A wave of shifts to anchor feelings leading to thoughts

All there truly is

Is just me

Created a connection of what there is

Just me

Released all that isn’t me

Leaving just me

Free from the prison that held me

I am the captive and captured

I am responsible and hold the key to my freedom

This is me living life as it should be

Free

Free to learn

Free to live

Free to love

Free to enjoy

Free to experience

Free to confide and no longer hide

Free to be me
