Everything here begins and ends in love. This policy exists to honor that truth with full transparency.
All Sales Are Final
All purchases made through hillispugh.com are final and non-refundable. This applies to all offerings without exception, including:
- Live and virtual 1:1 sessions
- Multi-session packages
- Monthly retainer services
- Downloadable audio and video products
- Custom channeled creations
- Community memberships and programs
This policy reflects the depth of preparation, energy, and intention that goes into every offering before you ever arrive. Soul level work is not a product that can be returned. It is a living transmission that begins the moment we enter into agreement.
Before You Purchase
I warmly encourage you to schedule a Soul Conversation before purchasing any offering, particularly:
- Soul Restoration — 5-session, 6-month journey
- Lemurian Light Energy Attunement — 6–8 month advanced program
- Resonance Retainer — ongoing monthly commitment
- Law of Vibration VIP Session — 4-hour intensive

A Soul Conversation is a complimentary 15-minute call where we can feel into whether this work is the right fit for where you are right now. There is no pressure and no obligation. It is simply a space to arrive with your questions and feel the answer from there.
Rescheduling Policy
While refunds are not offered, sessions may be rescheduled under the following terms:
Individual Sessions — A minimum of 48 hours notice is required to reschedule. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours notice are considered forfeited and cannot be rescheduled or credited.
Multi-Session Packages — Scheduled sessions within a package may be rescheduled with 48 hours notice. Forfeited sessions within a package are not carried forward or credited.
Resonance Retainer — Sessions within your active retainer period may be rescheduled with 48 hours notice. The monthly billing cycle continues regardless of session attendance.
Law of Vibration VIP Session — Due to the intensive nature of this 4-hour session, a minimum of 72 hours notice is required to reschedule.
Resonance Retainer Cancellation
The Resonance Retainer is a sacred monthly commitment. You may cancel your retainer at any time by providing written notice a minimum of 14 days before your next billing date. Cancellations received after that window will take effect at the following billing cycle. No refunds are issued for the current or any previous billing period.
Digital Products
All downloadable products — including the Ankh Neter Breath Rite, the Creating a New Story Guided Meditation, and the Light Body Activation and Transformation — are delivered digitally and are non-refundable upon delivery.
If you experience a technical difficulty accessing your download, please contact us within 7 days of purchase and we will resolve it promptly.
Custom Light Language Codes
The Custom Light Language Code is channeled and hand drawn specifically for your soul. Because this work is entirely personal and cannot be transferred or reused, it is non-refundable once delivered. Please schedule a Soul Conversation before purchasing if you have any questions about this offering.
Chargebacks and Disputes
By completing a purchase on hillispugh.com you agree to this policy in full. Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us directly is a violation of this agreement. We reserve the right to contest all unauthorized disputes.
If you have a concern about your experience, please bring it to us directly. Every situation is unique and I would always rather have an honest conversation than leave you feeling unheard.
