The work I offer moves beneath the surface of things, into the energy field, the soul, and the layers of self that talk based approaches cannot always reach. What follows is an honest explanation of how this work actually functions, so you can understand what you are stepping into before you ever book a session. None of this requires belief. It only requires willingness. The soul recognizes this work whether or not the mind has fully understood it yet.
The Trauma Aware Foundation
Before I describe any modality, I want you to know how I hold space, because this matters more than any technique.
This work is trauma aware at its foundation. That means the pace is always set by your soul, never by a protocol, never by pressure, never by the urgency of a healing industry that sometimes mistakes speed for depth. Slow is sacred here. Grounding is part of every session. I will never push your energy beyond what your nervous system is safely ready to integrate.
I understand this from the inside. Before I was a healer, I was a survivor. Of domestic abuse, of seasons of profound loss, of years spent holding everything together on the outside while quietly falling apart inside. I know what it is to carry something tender into a space and need that space to be safe before anything else can happen.
So in our work together, you remain in full agency at every moment. If something feels like too much, we pause, we ground, we reorient. Nothing is forced. Nothing is rushed. The body learns safety through experience, not instruction, and every session is built to let your body have that experience. You do not have to be ready for everything. You only have to be ready for the next gentle step.
This foundation holds everything else on this page. Every modality I describe below is delivered within this same commitment to safety, consent, and your own sovereign pace.
Lemurian and Sirian Light Energy Nourishment
At the heart of my practice is the Lemurian and Sirian Light, offered as nourishment. These are the frequencies through which most of my energy work moves, and they are the lineage I carry as a rare Sirian Lemurian teacher.
I chose the word nourisher with intention, and it is worth explaining why, because it shapes everything about how I work. When we say heal, we are quietly suggesting that something is broken. But you are not broken. You are seeking to remember your wholeness. So I do not think of this work as repair. I think of it as nourishment. The ongoing, gentle, faithful practice of feeding the soul what it has been hungry for.
Lemurian Light Energy draws from the ancient remembered wisdom of Mu, the Lemurian tradition of gentle, heart centered healing. It is a soft and nourishing frequency. It does not force or override. It meets the body where it is and invites a remembering of wholeness that the cells have always carried. Lemurian Light is particularly suited to clearing trauma, shame, guilt, anger, and the lower vibrating energies that accumulate across a lifetime and across the stages of the self.
Sirian Light Energy is the companion frequency, drawn from the Sirian stream of cosmic wisdom. Where Lemurian Light is the gentle nourishing embrace, Sirian Light carries clarity, structure, and activation. It supports the soul in connecting to higher dimensional awareness and in remembering its design across lifetimes and across star lineage.
Together, these two frequencies form a complete energetic language. The Lemurian holds and nourishes. The Sirian clarifies and activates. In a session, I work with both, allowing your soul to draw whichever frequency it most needs in any given moment. This nourishment can be broad, moving through all the layers of your being, or it can be targeted with precision to one specific area that is asking for support.
One question I am often asked is how this can work remotely, without phone or video, without being in the same room. The answer is that energy is not bound by physical distance. The field that connects us is not a function of proximity. When I sit in meditation and transmit energy to you, I am working with your energetic signature, and that signature is reachable wherever you are. Many people are surprised by how tangible a remote session feels. The work moves through the field, and the field has no geography.
Many people feel these frequencies as warmth, as gentle waves, as a softening in the body, or as emotional release. Others feel something quieter and more subtle. What you feel is shaped by your own intention and your own openness. Both experiences are valid. The work moves regardless of how dramatically it announces itself.

The Soul Resonance Map
As an Omni Resonance Architect, I do not only facilitate energy. I help you see the architecture of your own soul, and the Soul Resonance Map is the tool I use to do this.
Every soul carries its own signature, its own frequency, its own arrangement of energy centers, gifts, wounds, and patterns. Most of us move through life without ever seeing this design clearly. We sense it indirectly, through the patterns that repeat and the gifts that surface, but we rarely get to look at the whole picture.
The Soul Resonance Map is a living blueprint of your energetic architecture. It reveals where you are right now, where your soul is being called, and how to walk the bridge between the two. It is not a static diagnosis. It is a living map that evolves as you do.
I use the Soul Resonance Map as a working tool alongside the Lemurian and Sirian Light Energy nourishment. Within Soul Restoration, the map helps us see which layers of self are asking for attention and track how the architecture shifts as fragments return and energies clear across the five session journey. Within the Resonance Retainer, the map becomes the ongoing compass of our work together, revisited at key moments so we can both see how your soul is evolving over time.
The map gives shape and direction to the energy work. The Lemurian and Sirian Light does the nourishing and clearing. The map shows us where the work is moving and what is being remembered. Together they make the journey both felt and seen.
Soul Retrieval
Some of what we are looking for is not lost. It is simply waiting.
Soul retrieval is the sacred work of calling home the fragments of yourself that became separated in moments of fear, grief, shame, or trauma. When something overwhelming happens, a part of the soul can step back. It withdraws to keep itself safe. This is not a flaw. It is wisdom. It is the psyche protecting what is precious until a safer time comes.
But years later, those fragments are often still waiting in the moment they withdrew, frozen at the age they were, holding the memory and sometimes the gifts that left with them. We can feel their absence as a sense of incompleteness, as a part of life that never quite reconnected, as an unnameable homesickness for ourselves.
In soul retrieval work, we create a safe enough container for those fragments to return. We do not force them. We make it safe enough that they choose to come home, and they do, often with a speed and a grace that never fails to move me. As each fragment returns, it brings what it has been holding. The memory, yes, but also the vitality, the creativity, the innocence, the power that left with it.
This work is central to the Soul Restoration journey, particularly the fourth session, and it can also be woven into other sessions when your soul indicates it is ready.
Light Language and Sacred Codes
There is a language older than words, and the soul remembers it.
Light language is a channeled, energetic language that communicates directly with the soul rather than the analytical mind. It can move as sound, as tone, as gesture, or as written symbol. It does not need to be understood intellectually to do its work. In fact, the mind’s tendency to analyze can sometimes get in the way. Light language speaks soul to soul, frequency to frequency.
In sessions, I may bring through light language as part of the transmission, allowing it to carry frequencies and activations that ordinary language cannot hold.
I also offer custom light language codes. These are unique sacred sigils, channeled and hand drawn specifically for one soul. A custom code is tuned entirely to your energy. It is not a symbol I invent. It is one I receive on your behalf, often accompanied by a light language word. Once you have your code, you can work with it in meditation as a personal anchor, a stable connection point to your Higher Self, your Soul, and Source. Because it is tuned to you alone, your code is for your eyes and use only.

Intuitive and Psychic Guidance
Woven through all of this work is the intuitive and psychic perception that allows me to meet you where your soul actually is, rather than where the mind assumes it should be.
